Safety Committee Coaching and Leadership Guide
Hile Group's safety committee coaching is representative of our best safety work. We help you your safety committees leverage their informal influence on co-workers and knowledge of your workplace and work processes to achieve safety excellence. During this session, committee members deepen their communication skills so they are better prepared to address the "Us-Them" tensions that too often hamper organizations' safety culture.
Committee input on our Safety Committee Leadership Guide has helped us create the "best safety committee 'how-to' resource in the United States freight-rail industry." Customers report that work locations comprised of collaborative, skilled, activist safety committees show significantly fewer workplace incidents and injuries
