Leadership Toward Learning

Strategies for Stirring Best-Ever Performance in Yourself and Others

As part of the leadership development process, Hile Group offers this customized course that introduce and support the application of specific leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities.

We split this course into four separate sessions in order to provide time back on the job when course participants can try out what they have learned and report back to us with feedback on their progress. With our coaching between and after classroom sessions, you and your colleagues will have the support you need to make the learning stick.

Who should attend?

This course has been quite popular in the inland transportation industry, primarily with inland river tow boating organizations, because it coordinates well with an on-hitch, off-hitch work schedule. In addition, this course has been designed for front-line workers, front-line managers, safety committee members, supervisors, and members of senior management.

Purpose

Recognize and draw upon the vast leadership experience that people possess—from the executive level through the supervisory front line to safety committee members. Grow leadership skill sets in performance management and interpersonal communication. Leadership Toward Learning reawakens people’s belief in effective leaders and effective team work, as well as equips them with the know-how to realize those ideals in the workplace.

Course Outcomes
